Communicator and Journalist. Master in Creative Documentary by Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and PhD in Communication and Education for Pompeu Fabra University. Visiting professor at UPF, in Barcelona, and Universidad del Norte, in Colombia. Writer and creator of our projects in EduComunicatión. He is the founder and general coordinator of elParlante since 2009.
Accounting and Administration
He has a Diploma in Business Sciences and a Master in Direction and Business Management for Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He has a great experience in business administration and advicement. He collaborates with the administration and the accounting of elParlante since 2015.
Specialist in Theater of social intervention and community trainer. She studied Performing Arts in Buenos Aires, was trained as a therapist for Gestalt Institute and, currently, is studyng Psychology at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Works with youth, adults, women's groups and elder people. Since 2005, she has been using theater as a tool for her work as social educator.
Communications and filmmaking
Graduated in Audiovisual Media from Pompeu Fabra University. She has worked in the fields of photography, video, advertising and television. She currently works as a Community Manager and the design of all graphic materials that arise from the projects.
Florencia González Brizuela
Training and Coaching
She is a lawyer, has a Master in Citizenship and Human Rights, and in International Studies. PhD in Law and Political Science for University of Barcelona. Specialist in feminisms, interculturality, intersectionality and gender, also researches on racism, human rights and women in migratory processes. She uses the theater of the oppressed people in his workshops as a tool for social transformation.
Alix de Roten
Specialist in management and communication of solidarity projects. She is a filmaker and producer, for the Higher Institute of Image, and has a Master in History of International Relations, for University of Geneva, Switzerland. She has trained in Communication and Development at the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona and currently works as a content creator and audiovisual producer.
Ana Cecilia Cervantes
Communications and Marketing
Media content creator and Scriptwriter. McPhil in Script by the University of Bergen (Norway) and Master's in Media, Communication and Culture, from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has been a film and documentary producer; and also trainer in various communities for health projects, interculturality, gender and community action. He is responsible for our web content and digital marketing.
Audiovisual communicator from the Catholic University of Uruguay. He has an extensive experience in advertisement, video, film, photography and participatory video. He has worked in different urban interventions through photography to create graphic and audiovisual reports about dance, theater, community life, commercial products and events.
Lawyer, Master in Criminology by Universitat Pompeu Fabra and specialist in Culture for Peace at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He has participated in platforms linked to the implementation of nonviolence actions and support of the peace process in Colombia. He has participated in trainings of theater of the oppressed, interculturality and nonviolent communication.
Master in Creation Documentary from Pompeu Fabra University. Freelance audiovisual producer, documentary filmmaker and facilitator of collaborative audiovisual creation processes with socially fragile groups. He is motivated by cinema as a tool for social transformation and works for elParlante in projects where he doubly works as a filmmaker and trainer.

Graduated in Primary Education Teaching from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid. Master in Visual Arts and Education from the University of Barcelona. Since 2009 she works in Educommunication projects with boys and girls. She has always been closely related to audiovisual work, apart from her role as educator. She has taught various participatory video workshops related to feminism, interculturality and learning through cinema.
