On this occasion, in addition to knowing the skills of the participants, we will also make a visual tour of the training process and the recipes elaborated in the cooking workshops. As is traditional, we invite you to taste incredible tapas, specially prepared for the occasion, by the same group of young people.  <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>But it does not end there, this year we have incorporated three more activities to the final presentation of the project that we usually do. First of all, there will be a conversation to talk about the relationship  <strong>EDUCATION + COMMUNICATION + GASTRONOMY,<\/strong> by  <strong>Juanfran Carrasco<\/strong>, from  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesianssantjordi.org\/on-som\/\">PES Salesians Crossroads Sant Jordi<\/a>, centre in charge of training young people in cooking and hospitality,  <strong>Alfredo Cohen<\/strong>, director of  <a href=\"http:\/\/elparlante.es\/\">elParlante<\/a>, from where we provide tools for assertive communication and relational marketing, and  <strong>Alvaro Arrieta<\/strong>, Campus of Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cett.es\/es\/sobre-el-cett\/que-es-el-cett\/campus-cett-ub\">CETT  <\/a>of the University of Barcelona, who advises the group of young people in the preparation and presentation of the tapas that we will taste this Friday.<\/p>\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ocupatbcn.elparlante.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2018\/07\/DSC09688-e1530605159260.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"477\" height=\"316\"\/><figcaption>Leticia Pipman (elParlante) and Juanfra Carrasco (PES Cru\u00eflla) during a training session of Ocupa&#8217;tBCN 2018.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>We will also have a table of experiences in <strong>social and solidarity economy<\/strong>, specialized in gastronomy, composed of three expert entities in the field such as <a href=\"http:\/\/diomcoop.org\/\">\n  <strong>Diomcoop<\/strong>\n<\/a><strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xarec.coop\/\">XaREc<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lasargantana.org\/\">\/La Sargantana<\/a> and Cru\u00eflla al Punt. <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>The icing on the cake will be the <strong>\n  <em>speednetworking <\/em>\n<\/strong>space that we have designed so that, in a few minutes, young people who want it can relate and interact with people from the gastronomic world who could become their next employers.
