The HIT project is a European project that provides young people with knowledge and tools to address hate speech towards migrants and minorities. With these tools, they will be able to identify, and then denounce these abusive speeches.<\/p>\n

To achieve this goal, the project offers a new model of empowerment of young Europeans through the creation of Hate Switch Teams (HITs), led mainly by people between 14 and 19 years old. These teams are supported by young mentors. In addition, they will have the ability to counter hate speech and behaviour towards migrants in their communities, at school and among their peers.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n

European project that seeks to empower young people, encouraging them to create “Hate Switch Teams” (HITs). ElParlante works with CEPS Projectes Socials, partner of the project in Spain, in the organization of groups and dynamization of workshops for young people.
